Annie Keating Band
Supported by The Midnight Preachers
Brooklyn-based singer songwriter Annie Keating’s many admirers have likened her to Lucinda Williams, John Prine, Allison Krauss, Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris and Patty Griffin, to name but a few.
Talent spotted by BBC Radio’s ‘Whispering’ Bob Harris, she has toured internationally in a dozen countries, sharing the stage with the likes of John Hiatt and Bon Iver. She released her 10th album, Bristol County Tides in 2021, a fifteen song tour de force showing a veteran artist at the absolute peak of her powers. For this special UK and Irish autumn tour, she has assembled a band that between them have performed with some of the best in the business.
Support on the night is by exciting Buncrana rock trio, The Midnight Preachers, whose latest single, To The Crows, was released in June. The band are Emer McLaughlin, vocals and bass, Eoghan McLaughlin, vocals and guitar, with Colm Kenny on drums.
One of the most refreshing female acts to come down the pike in a long while. Deep and provocative songs. Maverick Magazine.
Tremendous. Razor sharp rockabilly, sweet country and swampy blues, the band at fill tilt. Americana UK.
Unbridled, raucous, beautiful. Get yourselves along to a show. You’ll love it! At The Barrier.
